Combat Information
- Most attacks are blockable. It will chain attacks differently; it will frequently appear to have completed a combo but then will pull one more move, damaging the player if they have let their guard down.
- Most of its attacks are sweeping and hit a large area, blocking is generally more effective than dodging, unless attempting to fully get out of range of attacks. Long combos with hard hitting moves means this Yokai can quickly deplete the player's Ki - players should be careful not to exhaust their Ki by attacking too many times and become vulnerable to its next combo .

Despite their new burst attack (which can come out very quickly and unexpectedly), they seem toned down compared to the first game where they were generally considered the most dreaded enemy. This is probably because they are introduced earlier in this game and now there are plenty of other yokai to fill the role of being a pain in the ass to deal with.
